" In every case, I am told that the AutoPay credit ONLY applies if you are using a DEBIT card and that it will NOT be retroactive. " I've called on several occasions, talked to multiple AT&T reps, and have also used the Chat function. The AutoPay credit was still not applied. I just received the 3rd bill since making this change to my plan. I was also told that it would take 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to be applied but that it would be retroactive. (I've had AutoPay using a credit card since 2013) I was told at the AT&T store that I would still qualify for the AutoPay credit even though I was already enrolled. I was already enrolled in AutoPay using a credit card.
